Free Valentine's Day Tai Chi

Make a Valentine's Day promise to yourself, and your loved ones, to get fit and healthy both physically and mentally!

During this free tai chi class, you'll practice silk-reeling exercises and basic tai chi movements. Discover how this ancient, mind-body exercise promotes joint health, improves flexibility and strength, helps with arthritis and diabetes, improves immune system function, improves mood, increases balance, and increases bone density. Research shows that it can improve heart function and decrease blood pressure.

Afterwards, we will celebrate the holiday with a healthy bit of chocolate and some premium tea that you can enjoy while asking questions.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for movement, such as a t-shirt and sweatpants.
