Get Active in Arnold With Jazzercise

Need a change in your exercise routine? Jazzercise classes are being taught out of in Arnold, and there's a special going this month.

Jessica Smith, who heads up the classes at the church, contacted Patch to let readers know that the rest of August and all of September are free for new participants, as long as they sign up for six- to 12-month plan options.

Jazzercise is a dance-aerobics program that focuses on cardiovascular and strength training. They dance to current music and generally try to have fun while working out.

The classes are being taught at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church at College Parkway. and Jones Station Road.
