PHOTOS: Arnold Ravens Fans Treated to Local Pep Rally
Two versions of the team's mascot Poe the Raven were at Friday's festivities—one feathered and one in a bodysuit.
Dozens of fans decked out in purple jerseys, hats, footballs and even leis greeted Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders when they arrived in Arnold for a special pep rally.
The team's representatives were touring Anne Arundel County on Friday afternoon to psych their fans up for the playoffs. The team will play the Houston Texans on Sunday for the AFC divisional playoffs.
The Ravens' bus pulled in at the Arnold just after 12:30 p.m. Fans had already lined up for an hour, filling the sleepy Arnold Station parking lot to beyond capacity.

A roar of applause greeted the cheerleaders as they emerged from the bus. But fans were also treated to the team's mascot, Poe, an actual raven. The dressed-up Poe was also there to take snapshots with kids, while the cheerleaders handed out autographs of players and footballs.
