Donate Gift Items to Help Pets, Owners in Need During Holidays
Donate to Anne Arundel County Animal Control before Nov. 11 and get a free pet photo with Santa.
Help pets in need (and their owners) this season by donating items to the "Give a Pet a Happy Holiday" program, sponsored by Anne Arundel County Animal Control. Drop off a donation before Nov. 11 and receive a free 5-by-7-inch pet photo with Santa Claus.
Donations that will be accepted include:
- Canned and dry pet food
- Pet toys
- Crates and carriers
- Bedding
- Leashes and collars
- Treats
- Cat litter
- Bird toys and bird feed
Items may be dropped off at the Animal Control Facility located at 411 Maxwell Frye Rd. in Millersville on Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. until Dec. 15.
