Expect traffic delays Saturday in Annapolis as the Faces of Valor motorcycle ride cruises through town.
The ride honors local heroes, including military, police and firefighters who were injured while protecting others.
The event is expected to draw between 80 to 120 motorcyclists, who will be using the following route:
The ride starts at 10:30 a.m. at Outback Steakhouse located at 2207 Forest Drive, will proceed north on Route 2, turn onto Route 50 east, exit at Route 450 south, and cross the Severn River Bridge. The ride will continue down St. George Street, and travel past the city dock and Church Circle area, then exit the city by Rowe Boulevard and Bestgate Road, continuing west to north Generals Highway, where the ride ends at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, located at 1450 Generals Highway.
At the fairgrounds, the group will host a family picnic.
