The members of the Goshen Farm Preservation Society, Inc. was formed to prevent an historic house built in the 1780s from being torn down. The group is now restoring the house and transforming the remaining 22 acres into a center for history and nature interpretation. The society also intends to identify, protect and facilitate the study, preservation and communication of knowledge regarding other historically significant sites associated with the Goshen Farm.
