terrible! Terrible bikini wax. She missed a bunch of spots and left wax everywhere. She also clearly ignored what I specifically asked for, She then proceeded to refuse to give me my money back or redo it at another time for free. She was very rude, even yelling and laughing at me. I have since heard from others that this is a shoddy, cheap, and poorly run business. NEVER GO HERE! THEY WILL JIP YOU.
