Joan Dimon Cosey, 83, a resident of Charlestown Retirement Community, died March 25, 2013, at her home in Catonsville. She was born on Dec. 11, 1929, in Hatboro, PA and was a resident of Severna Park from 1967-1984. Previous residences include Bad Aibling, Germany from 1984-1987 and Arnold, MD, from 1987-2011, before residing at Charlestown Retirement Community. She was employed as a branch manager at AB & T Bank in Severna Park for more than 14 years. Joan enjoyed bowling, sewing, and playing bridge.
