Local healthcare provider Patient First recently donated $1,000 each to eight county elementary schools, two in each community that it serves. New classes are being offered this term at all instruction locations, including the new Center for Cyber and Professional Training. The men’s basketball team at Anne Arundel Community College bounced back into the win column with a 79-71 win over a tough Frederick Community College program. The win brings AACC’s record to 11-5 overall and 3-4 in conference play. Riding a four game losing streak, the Pioneers traveled to Frederick for their first of nine consecutive MD JUCO conference contests that will conclude their regular season schedule.
